This free, six-week program is for pregnant women and mothers with babies up to 3 years old. You’ll learn ways to lower stress, meet other moms, and discover fun, easy ways to help your child’s brain grow strong during the early years.
- Who: Pregnant women and mothers with children up to 3 years old are invited.
- When: Six Fridays, from Friday, January 31 to Friday, March 7, 2025
- Time: 10 to 11:30 a.m.
- Where: Airline Children & Women’s Health Center, 5808 Airline Drive, Houston, TX 77076
- Language: Sessions are bilingual (English & Spanish)
Each session is led by a trained facilitator who will guide you through hands-on activities and simple tools that can make a big difference for you and your child.
