From those first wobbly steps to the emergence of language and social skills, there is a lot to celebrate in the remarkable journey of growth and discovery of 1-year-olds.

Developmental milestones are things most children do by a certain age. Milestones give you and your pediatrician important information about your child’s growth and development.

Keep in mind that every child develops at their own rate and there is a wide range of what is considered normal.
