To my parents and patients,
It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter to inform you that I will be leaving Airline Children’s Clinic as my family and I will be relocating out of state. My last day will be June 30, 2022.
It has been my sincere pleasure to provide care for your children over the years. Thank you for trusting me with their health and overall well-being.
I strongly encourage you to consider continuing your child’s care here at Airline Children’s Clinic (now Airline Children & Women’s Health Center). They have access to your child’s records so transitioning would be a seamless process. I trust that they are more than capable of providing for all of your child’s healthcare needs.
I truly wish you and your families the best and pray your children to have good health and bright, successful futures.
